I have spent my entire life being completely obsessed with anything Tech. My passion goes beyond just knowing what it does, I want to know how it works. I have been dismantling and reassembling everything I could since I was a kid.
For the last 16 years, I have had the pleasure of working in customer service/clerical/technical roles at UK Healthcare. This path has given me the chance to see the connection between the front and back end of the enterprise.
In my time here, I have realized that as much joy as working with customers brings me, I keep finding myself drawn back to technical aspects behind the scenes. I try to learn as much as possible about any software or system I use. I have become recognized by my co-workers as “the computer guy”. I am always called upon to fix their computer, printer, mobile, or any other tech issues.
I have already achieved an HDI-SCA certification and am currently working towards my CompTIA A+ certification. I am very excited to have discovered a path that still inspires a spark in me and am aspiring to be a Cloud Engineer.
