My passion goes beyond just knowing what it does, I want to know how it works. I have been dismantling and reassembling everything I could since I was a kid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the last 16 years, I have had the pleasure of working in customer service\/clerical\/technical roles at UK Healthcare. This path has given me the chance to see the connection between the front and back end of the enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my time here, I have realized that as much joy as working with customers brings me, I keep finding myself drawn back to technical aspects behind the scenes. I try to learn as much as possible about any software or system I use. I have become recognized by my co-workers as &#8220;the computer guy&#8221;. I am always called upon to fix their computer, printer, mobile, or any other tech issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have already achieved an HDI-SCA certification and am currently working towards my CompTIA A+ certification.
