I put in my notice at my job and started a temp position working on the helpdesk. I never really realized just how much my customer service skills would be needed with this position. It seems like being able to translate &#8220;tech&#8221; speak in a relatable way for non-tech people is just as important, if not more important, than being able to dive deep into the computer world at this stage of the game. I am really enjoying this so far and hope to moving into a regular full-time position soon. Until then, wish me luck!
